The New Weight Watchers Points Plus : How is it different?
The new Points Plus system is different from the older point system in a few ways. Firstly, the new system no longer uses calories into points equation.
The older system used, fat, fiber and calories to calculate a point value for a food. The new system uses Points Plus fat, fib
er, carbohydrates and protein to calculate a food.
For this reason, you are given more points a day after the new system. The other advantage is that most fruits and vegetables at the specified zero value. Specified under the older scoring system, only one zero-value vegetables.
The only similarity with the old points program is your weekly pocket money. Weight Watchers Points Plus you still have some wiggle room, to use with 49 weekly points as you please splurge.
