Even thin people who overeat  sooner or later will get to the point when some disease will start to bother them.. Thus, any excess in the food as harmful to any person.

I have to say: to lose weight is much easier than to keep it that way. That’s how the metabolism, which dropped the extra pounds faster than typed missing.

Main goal to complete:  Normalize your diet, improve it and stick to it consistently. You can do without exhausting diets and starvation – it is only important to balance your diet with emphasis on some products, limiting the other and refusing to third.

What should be the full power of man? First of all – a balanced, that is, containing a sufficient amount of protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber (cellulose).

Meat substitute fish (boiled, baked), a protein which is easier to digest. As for eggs, limit them to two or three a week.

Do not forget about those high-protein foods like nuts, mushrooms, sunflower seeds. Just do not eat nuts along with fruits, and mushrooms – with potatoes or with bread: these combinations contribute to the deposition of fat. Nuts are best eaten alone, and mushrooms – with non-starchy vegetables.
