Since the book is offering 4 different types of recipes for different colors, we decided to combine them into one, making it less complicated.
Of course, deserved Cookie medals..:) are awarded to the author to whom we are extremely grateful for the original idea.
As shown, raw food can not only maintain our bodies, but also be awarded to the relatives and friends who will appreciate this gesture really in dignity:
Supplies needed: food processor, blender
For the dough:
1 cup cashews
2 tablespoons honey
pinch of sea salt or Himalayan
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (2 vanilla)
2-3 tablespoons filtered water
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 / 4 cup uncooked oatmeal or oat sprouting
