Raw Food Recipes – Healthy and Delicious Cookies

I just happen to come across this recipe a few days ago and I prepared that tasty gift for a friend, which was crowned with great success by the words of the hosts.
   So we decided to share it with you.
 
   The idea is not ours but part of the repertoire of the raw chef Matthew Kenna and was borrowed from his collection of raw sweet temptations “Everyday raw desserts.”

Raw Food Recipes for Healthy Cookies

   I really highly recommend it to all who could obtain this book, and do so because it will be another jewel in your family bookshelves.
   In the book there are very interesting and original recipes that will keep your health and good mood.

Since the book is offering 4 different types of recipes for different colors, we decided to combine them into one, making it less complicated.

   Of course, deserved Cookie medals..:) are awarded to the author to whom we are extremely grateful for the original idea.

   As shown, raw food can not only maintain our bodies, but also be awarded to the relatives and friends who will appreciate this gesture really in dignity:

Dose: 10-15
Supplies needed: food processor, blender
Products:

For the dough:

1 cup coconut
    1 cup cashews
    2 tablespoons honey
    pinch of sea salt or Himalayan
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract (2 vanilla)
    2-3 tablespoons filtered water
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 / 4 cup uncooked oatmeal or oat sprouting
