Raw Food Recipes – Tasty and Easy to make Cookies
For the cream:
1 / 2 cup cashews
1 / 2 tsp white stevia or 2 tablespoons honey
1 / 2 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 pinch sea salt or Himalayan
For coloring and flavoring:
1 tablespoon Spirulina in the dough and cream
5 drops peppermint extract or essence
1 tablespoon turmeric and cream in the dough
2 tablespoons lemon juice to cream
rind of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons cocoa or carob flour in the dough and cream
1 / 2 tsp honey or 1 / 4 tsp stevia in white cream
pinch of cayenne pepper or chili (optional) in cream
4 tablespoons beet juice and cream in the dough
1-2 tablespoons rose water cream
1 teaspoon natural strawberry flavoring (optional)
For the dough:
Mix all ingredients in food processor and chop them to a fine crumb, but not fine.
Add colors and flavors and continue kneading for another 20-30 seconds (if a robot) or by hand using a fork.
Already received from colored dough using a scoop up your cookies, taking care that they are the same size and shape of a crescent.
Leave them on a tray drier to dry for 6-8 hours at 42-44C (110-115F).
For the cream:
Mix all ingredients in blender, starting with a liquid and blend them at maximum speed until a fine homogeneous cream.
Divide the cream of the parts and to each part add the appropriate color aromas.
Putting it together:
Select the desired color cookies and bind with 1 teaspoon of cream-colored.
Not necessarily cookies and cream are the same color. Experiment and use your imagination to get your own gay rainbow.
Tips and recommendations:
If you decide to make a present this can be fun and fascinating raw cookies gift to your friends and / or acquaintances.
You can pack in a cardboard box as a gift cookies and expose the thin colored paper, have it slightly wrinkled.
Finished cookies can be stored in a ventilated area for long enough , and far enough from children…:)
