Raw Food Diet – Healthy Weight Loss with the Stars.
Main products in the diet are vegetables, fruits, nuts, dried fruits, cereal grains, leafy vegetables, as well as spices and herbs.
In small amounts, you can add to your menu poultry or fish. Cereals (eg wheat or buckwheat) can be eaten only if soaked up.

Menu for “raw food diet.”
Fresh fruit salad, mixed with nuts and seeds and seasoned with yogurt and a glass of water or juice.
In the salad can be included apples, pears, plums, bananas, peaches, apricots, currants, cherries, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes and others.
You can also add a handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc..) Or seeds (eg sesame).
Raw Food Diet – Lunch:
Vegetable salad with olive oil, nonfat yogurt or cottage cheese mixed with dried fruits and nuts or fruit of your choice. Drinking – water or fruit juice.

For dessert indulge with cottage cheese or yogurt with raisins, prunes and apricots or dates.
Raw Food Diet – Dinner:
Cold vegetable soup (gazpacho, tarator etc..) Cottage cheese, handful of nuts, fruit.
If you can not imagine life without meat you can eat a little boiled chicken breast or grilled fish, non-greasy.
But remember that the basis of the Raw Food Diet is to stay as much as possible fat from products that have undergone heat treatment.
