Mosaic Dietary Laws – How to Lose Weight Diet Plan

Day 1 (fasting): You can use apples or vegetables digestible, non-carbonated mineral water.

mosaic dietary lawsDay 2 (fish) for breakfast: muesli – 3 tbsp. spoons, milk (fat content 3%) – 1 tbsp. Before eating muesli pour milk.

Lunch: soup fish passages are not – 200 ml., boiled fish (eg tuna) – 150-200 gr., garnish – brown rice cooked, stewed fruit (without sugar) – 1 tbsp.

dinner: salad (shredded carrots – 2 pcs., green peas – 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil -1 st. spoon, cauliflower – 2-3 sprigs, boiled potatoes – 1 pc.) green tea – 1 tbsp.

Day 3 (vegetarian) breakfast: oatmeal – a few of Art. spoons, a few pieces of any fresh fruit, low fat cheese (preferably brine) – 80 – 100 gr., grapefruit juice freshly squeezed – 1 tbsp.

   Pour hot water over oatmeal, add chopped fresh fruit, cheese and grapefruit juice.

Lunch: soup vegetarian (with cauliflower, carrots and other vegetables to choose from) – 200 ml, potato patties – 2 pcs. (Each weighing 80-100 grams.)

   Green beans or broccoli cooked, boiled egg, green tea (or broth hips) with the addition of a teaspoon of honey – 1 tbsp.

dinner: salad fruit – about 400 gr., yogurt, low fat natural.

Day 4 (meat) for breakfast: scrambled eggs from the two egg whites, pineapple or grapefruit juice – 1 tbsp.

Lunch: beef broth low-fat with herbs – 200 gr., boiled veal – 150-200 gr., coleslaw, tomato, cranberry juice or cranberry – 1 tbsp.

dinner: salad (cabbage – 100 gr. olive oil – 1 tbsp. spoon, boiled beets – 1 pc., green peas – 2 tbsp. tablespoons), green tea – 1 tbsp.

Day 5 (vegetarian): See Day 3.

Day 6 (Marine): breakfast: cereal with milk (see above) or porridge made of oatmeal with milk fat content minimal, green tea – 1 tbsp.

Lunch: fish broth with vegetables, boiled seafood, any (up to 400 gr.) boiled rice (better to use brown rice), juice (no sugar) – 1 tbsp.

dinner: salad (seaweed and shrimp – no limit), non-carbonated mineral water with a slice of lemon – 1 cup.

Day 7 (milk) for breakfast: muesli with yogurt, cheese, white – 80 – 100 gr. Green tea – 1 tbsp.

Lunch: vegetable soup rice (brown rice is better to use) – about 200 grams., pudding (fat-free cottage cheese – 150 gr., semolina – 1 tbsp. spoon, honey – 1 tbsp. spoon), juice – 1 tbsp.

for dinner: yogurt – 1 tbsp., fat-free cottage cheese – 150 gr.
