Numerous studies of physicians and specialists in the field of nutrition have shown that lost as a result of rapid weight loss (more than 3 kg. Per month), the weight is unstable and very likely can get back to you in a very short time.

   So, the diet must be present meat, sea food, vegetables, fruits and cereals.

Mosaic dietary Laws -Basic rules:

1. Each week the diet consists of eating meat one day, one day supply seafood, dairy foods a day, two days of vegetarian food and one day of discharge.

2. Consecutive days are allowed to change, taking into account the personal tastes and circumstances.

3. The entire period of the diet is necessary to reduce salt intake to a minimum (no more than 5 grams. Per day).

4. It is recommended to drink daily 1.5 l..

5. To speed up the metabolic processes recommended daily after breakfast drink «Actimel», in the evening – 1 tbsp. yogurt (low fat).

6. Fruits and vegetables should be used in foods mainly in the fresh, juice – only fresh.

7. Dishes from cereals included in the diet of only the first half of the day.
