Lemon Diet – How to Lose Weight at Home.

Lemon Diet -Friday:
Purpose of the day: Get a good fat.

Lemon DietMenu of the day:
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.

Breakfast: boiled egg, a slice of rye bread with a slice of tomato, half a bowl of raspberries.

Snack: a handful of nuts, 300 ml. soy milk
Dinner: cucumber, grilled salmon portion, cup of yogurt.

Snack: peach, a handful of grape seeds, a handful of sunflower seeds.

Dinner: tuna pasta corn (6 tablespoons wheat pasta, half a tin of tuna in sauce, 2 tablespoons sweet corn, a handful of chopped broccoli). Serve with steamed vegetables and lemon juice. Dessert – fruit puree and dried fruit.

Lemon Diet -Saturday:

Purpose of the day: eat mostly natural foods.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.

Breakfast: bowl of fruit salad, a bowl of yogurt with 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 300 ml. soy milk.
Snack: nectarine, a handful of nuts and seeds.
Lunch: 1 small avocado with shrimp, green salad with lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, apple.

Snack: slice of bread with grated cheese.

  Dinner: Omelet (2 eggs, mushrooms, 3 tablespoons grated cheese, olive oil) portion of steamed vegetables, small banana, some strawberries.

   Lemon Diet -Sunday:

Purpose of the day: Take care of your digestive system.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.

Breakfast: cereal, fresh fruit, seeds and organic milk, a glass of fresh apple juice diluted with water.
Snack: small bowl of guacamole, carrots, 300 ml. soy milk.

Lunch: vegetarian pizza (1 slice whole wheat bread slices, arrange them in a baking dish, cover with tomato sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, 1 tablespoon sweet corn, a little mozzarella – pizza bake and eat it warm).

Snack: bowl of fruit salad with sunflower seeds.

Lemon Diet and Dinner: Risotto (chicken, rice, grated cheese, lemon juice, broth, tomato paste); berries.
