Lemon Diet – Best Weight Loss Diets.

Lemon diet Detoxifying days:

   Waking up at 7:30: a cup of lemonade.

Breakfast: 30 minutes after getting up: fruit salad (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cherries), apple, pear, yogurt cup, a handful of raw almonds.

Snack: a cup of lemonade, banana, a handful of sunflower or pumpkin seeds.

   Lunch: salad with beans or lentils, seasoned with lemon, vinegar and olive oil.
Snack: a glass of lemonade; cucumber, radishes and celery or a handful of dried fruit.

Dinner: grilled fish, seasoned with lemon juice, steamed vegetables.
1 hour before bedtime: A glass of cool lemonade or hot.

Lemon Diet – Monday:

Purpose of the day: speed up metabolism.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.
Breakfast: bowl of fruit salad, a bowl of yogurt with 2 tablespoons oatmeal, 300 ml. soymilk.
Snack: 8 raw almonds, a glass of fresh fruit juice diluted with water.

Lunch: vegetable soup (preferably described above recipe) sandwich with a piece of dark bread and grated cheese.

Afternoon snack: 2 oat cakes, a few cherry tomatoes and a spoonful of cottage cheese.

  Dinner: you can choose between fish, chicken or tofu – obligatory grilled with sauce (3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ clove of garlic), leafy salad vegetables with 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, cooked some peaches, sprinkled with cinnamon, lemon juice and hot water.

Lemon Diet – Tuesday:
Purpose of the day: burning as much fat.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.

Breakfast: poached eggs (1 pc.) 2 slices of bread with butter and tomato, apple, 300 ml. soymilk.
Snack: 2 apricots (fresh or dried); several peanut (without salt!), Lemon juice, apple and watercress.

Lunch: meal 3 tablespoons cooked butter beans, 3 tablespoons cooked peas, 2 tablespoons reniform cooked beans, some tomatoes, green pepper, lemon juice, wholemeal bread, a large plate of lettuce with onions, 1 kiwi.
Snack: oatmeal cake, cup cottage cheese with strawberries.

Dinner: vegetable stew (tomatoes, peas, spinach, potatoes, rice bran, raisins), baked banana, topped with 2-3 pieces of melted dark chocolate.

Lemon Diet – Wednesday:

Goal for today: regulate blood sugar.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.
Breakfast: raspberries, strawberries, 2 tablespoons oats and 300 ml. milk nectarines.

Snack: fruit salad with lemon juice 300 ml. soy milk.

Lunch: bean salad, wholemeal bread, buttered, yogurt cup.
Snack: 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds, a small bunch of grapes.
Dinner: Salmon fillet with lemon juice, steamed vegetables, small bowl of chocolate ice cream with crushed nuts.

  Lemon Diet – Thursday:

Purpose of the day – Limit consumption of sugar.

Menu of the day
Immediately after waking from sleep: a glass of lemon juice with hot water.

Breakfast: banana shake (300 ml. Soy milk, 1 cup yogurt, 2 small banana, 1 tablespoon raisins), 2 slices of bread with a little oil.

Snack: dried fruits and seeds.

Lunch: stuffed potatoes (1 pc.) Small tin of beans, a large portion of lettuce, sprinkled with grated cheese, pear or peach.

   Lunch: vegetable dip made with homemade hummus (chick peas, lemon, sesame paste, garlic).
Dinner: stuffed peppers (4 tbsp Basmati rice 2 tablespoons pine nuts, a little chives, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, 60 g).

   Fresh peppers, cut into two halves and is filled with the mixture. Serve garnished with steamed vegetables. Dessert – baked apple with cinnamon and maple syrup.
