This is a 10 day Juicing for Weight loss. 
Preparation – 3 days

First and second day

Breakfast: freshly squeezed juice
Lunch: potato, boiled with skin and seasoned with butter, vegetable salad.
Dinner: potato, boiled with skin and steamed vegetables.
Between meals: a cup of juice.


Juicing for Weight Loss – Freshly Squeezed fruit

Third day

Breakfast: freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice diluted with water 1:1.
Lunch: vegetable soup (see recipe below).
In the second half of the day: drink a laxative tea.

Proper diet – 5 days

laxative tea;
herbal tea or water;
100ml oatmeal;
1 teaspoon yeast dissolved in 200ml water.
Before lunch: drink water regularly.
Lunch: 200ml of fruit or vegetable juice diluted with water (ratio 2:5), drink it slowly in small sips
In the second half of the day:
massage the abdominal muscles;
1 hours sleep;
in good spirits recommended a sauna, swimming.

Jump – 2 days

First day

Breakfast: herbal tea, water.
Lunch: 1 apple, chew each piece for at least 30 times.
Evening: thick vegetable soup

Second day

Get your cereal for the following recipe:
50g oats soak overnight in 150ml water. Boil them for 5 minutes., Half an apple;
almond milk: 1 sup. lazh. almond mousse and a banana shake with 250ml water and bring to a boil. Mix well and season with honey and cinnamon.
Lunch: salad of boiled potatoes. Instead 1chaena sauce spoon, beat oil with 1 tablespoon water and herbs.
Dinner: steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes.


Juice (about 200ml pure juice)

4 carrots and 2 apples;

4 carrots, 1 stalk celery, 1 tomato, spinach, 50g, 1 / 2 bunch of parsley;

1 orange, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 kiwi.

Wash fruits and vegetables and squeeze their juice.
Drink it always diluted in a ratio of 2:5.

Vegetable soup

4 servings


4-5 potatoes
1 onion
8 carrots
1 stalk green onion
lime juice
1 teaspoon vegeta


    Clean the potatoes, onions and spring onions and cut them into cubes.
    Cover them with 1 liter of water or vegetable broth and cook 15 minutes.
    Cut carrots into small pieces and add them to soup.
    Simmer another 10 minutes.
    Season to taste and blend it with the mixer.

Vegetable broth

2 servings


3 potatoes
1-2 stalks celery
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 pepper
1ch.l. vegeta
1 / 2 bunch parsley


    Clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
    Cook them in 1 liter of water 15 minutes.
    Add chopped carrots, tomatoes and peppers.
    Simmer another 10 minutes.
    Put spices.
    Drink warm broth.
