1 corner cheese (lean)
1 boiled egg

Lunch:
2 slices bread
100 g chicken sausage
1 cup of tea or coffee
1 croissant

Evening:
1 orange
100 g meat
1 soup ladle rice
1 large serving of salad
1-2 cups of tea
