Thursday – 4 Day

Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
1 slice of bread spread thinly with butter
50 g lean meat
1 orange

Lunch:
2 slices bread
1 Ribs (100 g fat without boundary)
1 cucumber 2 tomatoes or
1 glass of juice

Evening:
2 soup ladle  pot (possibly from a can)
1 glass of butter milk
2 slices of crisp bread

Friday – 5 Day

Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
2 rolls
100 g lean cheese

1 slice of lean fish (100 g)
2 tablespoons potato salad
1 large serving of salad
1 small glass of beer or cola

Saturday – 6 Day
Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
1 slice of bread spread thinly with butter
2 boiled eggs

Lunch:
1 soup ladle lean beef stew
2 small potato dumplings
1 serving of salad
1 glass of juice

Evening:
2 rolls
100 g sausage (hot or as a salad)
1 orange
1-2 cups of tea

Sunday – 7 Day
Early:
1-2 cups of tea or coffee
2 slices of bread spread thinly with butter
1 tablespoon jam

Lunch:
½ chicken
2 tablespoons potato salad
3 half-canned peaches without juice
1 glass of juice
2 cups coffee
1 small piece of apple cake or cheesecake

Evening:
2 slices bread
50 g lean cheese
20 g butter

Monday – 8 Day
Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
2 rolls
20 g butter
1 tablespoon honey

Lunch:
1 orange
2 slices bread
250 g low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup of tea or coffee

Evening:
1 slice of meat loaf (100 g)
2 vegetable soup ladle
2 small potatoes
1 glass of juice

Tuesday – 9 Day
Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
1 slice of bread spread thinly with butter
50 g lean meat
1 boiled egg

Lunch:
2 slices bread
100 g cooked ham without fat edge
1 glass of juice
1 cucumber

Evening:
1 pair of wieners or 100 g cooked ham or 1 small. Liver or blood sausage
Much sauerkraut
2 small potatoes
1 orange or 1 apple

Wednesday – Last Day
Early:
1 – 2 cups of coffee or tea
1 slice of bread spread thinly with butter
50 g Emmentaler
1 apple

Lunch:
2 slices bread
100 g lean meat
1 egg

Evening:
1 slice of meat (100 g)
1 soup ladle pasta
1 large serving of salad
1 glass of butter milk or juice

If you have not lost 10 pounds when you step on the scales on Thursday, then you’re cheating!
Meat or sausage is not weighed, cut bread slices are too big or too thick, in between snacking, drinking alcohol:
But yes- you can once again do it next Monday. Start all over again if you really want to Lose Weight in 10 days, or so.
