This recipe is my grandmother to help those whose weight exceeded 200 pounds. One week supply of this system you will lose 30 lbs, then take a break for 7 days and repeat the course, so to 3-8 times. 1 day. Eat in 3 hours: 7 pieces of boiled potatoes in their skins, a small salad of carrots, beets, parsley, onion, fennel, cabbage + 1 liter of yogurt. Nothing solid.

Day 6. 2.5 liters of yoghurt drink during the day.
Day 7. 1.5 liters of spring water or melt water to drink all day, nothing is.
