Third day – truly a turning point. If Pass it successfully, and half of the course would be like a mountain comes of my shoulders.

From it will depend largely on the success of the whole process of losing weight. In the second half will be easier to open a second wind, and will be visible to the actual result.

So, I woke up again at 9 am and, after some time, stood on the scales. The result of -1pound  per day. The process of weight loss has slowed considerably. What do you want? Lose weight by 4 pounds per day for several days is what I want.

I have to say and frankly – it’s unreal. On the first day of the diet is weight loss was associated with a decrease in the amount of digested food into the body. A number of incoming products was relatively small.

With this was connected a stunning result. Then everything will be much more modest. But this is also a success, and they should be proud of.

And perhaps even more than the previous one. After all, the fun begins – the process of burning fat is activated. That’s one thing for which all this was started. You start to lose fat as well. It is worth bear. There is no doubt we are on track.

How to Lose 15 Pounds in a Week – The Breakfast time.

At 9 h 30 min, I had a traditional breakfast, which included 2 cups of yogurt. And here’s what should be emphasized. This multi-vitamins. I completely forgot about them in the previous 2 days of the course.

No need to repeat the same mistakes. Vitamins you should take 3-4 times a day, after every meal. I started taking them only on the third day. But good though I eventually  remembered about them.

Complex vitamins to help you compensate for a deficiency of these substances coming from your food.

How to Lose 15 Pounds in a Week – The Brunch time:

At 11 o’clock I drank another cup of yogurt. Then do some things around the house. All fastened, I got some fresh air. The weather was wonderful, and the time flew by.
About 14 o’clock I came home.

Famine has increasingly made itself present. It is time the traditional dinner. I am no longer entertained any illusions about the meal, as I knew – this dinner is not quench hunger. Well, at least something, even if little.

For a supply of food in the stomach and for a helping the thought of it to go away.

Eating 300 grams of regular cabbage 100g carrots, I washed them down with two cups of yogurt . It became a little easier.

For an hour I forgot about eating. That hour seemed like an eternity when you are sitting on a strict diet. But we must endure. We want to lose weight in a week? It is worth it.

How to Lose 15 Pounds in a Week – we can have some fun, right..?:)

It’s time for my show. I watched the next series. Thoughts of food were broken at the shoreline. But I did manage to keep myself away from the fridge. And a little more time has passed. At mid-morning- snack was a bowl of yogurt again.

Dinner was in exactly the same as lunch. For half an hour before bedtime – a glass of water, so little to dull hunger. Tomorrow -the fourth day of the course to lose weight.
