Here comes – Day 2 of “ How to Lose 15 pounds in a week” Diet
There is a second dayof my diet. I got up at 9am. I thought that we should pull a little longer time to quickly the day passed. And here is a welcome breakfast. Hunger made itself known long time ago.
But to lose weight quickly and permanently, you must endure. These seven days fly by when in your head to keep the idea of good looks, which is sure to be, if you stick to strict rules and not allow yourself indulgences.
But it’s so easy. And what can you do?
If you set your mind on it – need to lose weight.
How to Lose 15 Pounds in a Week – my breakfast time…:).
Breakfast- sounds perfect! As many as 2 cups of yogurt. Starvation slightly blunted. But somehow it seems to me that it was long time ago. It is urgent for yourself to find something to do.
And I was engaged in the apartment to get it tidy. This is the case, it never hurts…:). Moreover, it is being more physical activity, because without it, food thoughts are not going anywhere. And Plus, when your hands are busy, think less about food.

Time is 2 pm, and I begin to munch on vegetables. Yes, as always, 200 g and 100 g of cabbage carrots. After this, 2 cups of yogurt. After dinner, I realized that the amount of food does not quench my hunger.
I must urgently start something to do. But what? And again, I get down to watching my favorite show. While watching the next series, the thought of food backed out.
