Here it is Day 1 of ” How to Lose 15 pounds in a weekDiet.

Here come the first day of the diet. I was preparing for a long time for this, both morally and physically. It was not easy to decide on this step and change their way of life. It’s so good when you do not restrict. You can eat anything and at any time. But if you decide to lose weight, you have to change everything. And my life took a drastic change.
Losing weight for seven days, I decided to take a vacation. Indeed, in the spare time is easier to observe the regime much better.

I got up at 8 o’clock in the morning. Did not have strong appetite , because the body  still has stockpiles of the former life. In 8 hours 30 minutes, I drank a cup of yogurt, and that was my breakfast . Not much of course, but for the body is enough.

Then I took up on household chores. Prior to release accumulated a lot of cases, and now just had a lot of free time.

But I never for a moment stopped to think to Lose 15 pounds in a week. It warmed my hearth tike nothing else. Just a few days for me in the mirror was glowing at me  another person. And that’s fine during the diet.

At 11 o’clock I felt a little desire to eat something, and so drank a cup of yogurt.

I went into some shops and bought a couple of dresses in a size smaller than normal wear. This was to spur me and to guarantee to lose weight. And I have not had the opportunity to deviate from the intended path.
By two o’clock I came home. Hunger gave a little on me. For lunch I ate 200 grams. cabbage, 100 gr. carrots. At the end of dinner, drank 2 cups regular yogurt.

One pack of yogurt is over, but even before I had even half a day passed. Let’s see what happens. After lunch, I took up again and looked up on household chores and the  favorite show.

Time passed quickly enough. I felt no discomfort at this time. But we should not forget that while there is only the first day of my diet for quick weight loss, with which I want to lose 15 pounds  in  a week.

Getting late…, I am still thinking – How to Lose 15 Pounds in a Week..?.., hope I get it done..!

So it was evening. The time came for dinner. I ate an additional 200 grams. cabbage, 100 gr. carrots. But the difference from the lunch meal was the fact that 1 cup of yogurt, I drank before lunch and another after.

The rest of the evening flew by. I looked one more episode, I met my husband from work and talked a little bit. So it came time to sleep. For half an hour before bedtime, I took another cup of yogurt.

Thus, from the daily norm, I stayed for 1 cup of yogurt and a few vegetables. But this is just the first day. We’ll see how I could survive the second.
