How to lose weight – FOURTH DAY.
Bananas and skim milk. Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much milk as you can today, do not miss the soup.
Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as well as in milk, but in this day your body has need from them to reduce the craving for sweets.
How to Lose 10 pounds in a Week – FIFTH DAY.
Beef and tomatoes. Today 250-350 g veal and a glass of tomato or not more than 5 tomatoes on this day. Eat soup at least once today.
Beef and vegetables. Eat as much beef and vegetables as you want. You can now eat 2-3 steaks if you like fresh vegetables. But no baked potato. Eat soup at least once.

Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. You can add cooked vegetables to the rice if you wish. And do not forget the soup.
