How Much Weight Can I Lose in a Month – Calorie Intake.

how much can I lose in a monthHow much weight can I  Lose in a month, really?

This is by far the most common questions I asked: “How much weight safely can I  lose in a month?” Straight answer is difficult to give because it depends on so many variables.

So, How Much Weight Can I Lose in a Month?

Males can lose weight faster than women because they typically have greater muscle mass and therefore a higher metabolism.

-If you exercise you will lose weight faster than if you do not participate in any physical activity.

-It depends on what your diet looks like now and what is expected to be able to change it.

So the answer is common, “one to two pounds a week,” taking into account all these variables. Here’s how it works:

It takes 3,500 calories to equal one pound of fat. This means for every 3,500 calories you consume above what you burn, you will receive a pound.

Also, if you eat 3500 fewer calories than you burn, you will lose a pound.

It is quite difficult to eat at least 3,500 calories a few days because most of us only eat about 2000-2500 calories per day.

However, if you are overweight and eat thousands of calories a day may be able to cut out 3,500 calories in a short time and lose a pound every few days.

The way nutritionists calculate the expected weight loss of a client is simple: We encourage you to try cutting 500 calories each day to lose a pound at the end of the week.
