This is by far the most common questions I have been asked: “How much weight can I safely lose in a month?”

   Straight answer is difficult to give because it depends on so many variables.

Males can lose weightfaster than women because they typically have greater muscle mass and therefore a higher metabolism.

-If you exercise you will  lose weight faster than if you do not participate in any physical activity.

-It depends on what your diet looks like now and what is expected to be able to change it.

So the answer is common, “one to two pounds a week,” taking into account all these variables.

   Here’s how it works: It takes 3,500 calories to equal one lyre of fat. This means for every 3,500 calories you consume above what you burn, you will receive a pound.

   Also, if you eat 3500 fewer calories than you burn, you will lose a pound.

It is quite difficult to eat at least 3,500 calories a few days because most of us only eat about 2000-2500 calories per day.

   However, if you are overweight and eat thousands of calories a day may be able to cut out 3,500 calories in a short time and lose a pound every few days.

   The way nutritionists calculate the expected weight loss of a client is simple: We encourage you to try cutting 500 calories each day to lose a pound at the end of the week.

This is usually easy: just  to find 500 extra calories a “junk” foods such as soda, candy, pie, cake, biscuits, donuts, ice cream, or bars, candy.

   Each dose is likely to be close to 500 calories, so do not even have to cut these foods entirely out of your diet and you can still lose weighteasily.
