Fitness and Weight loss industry are booming industry, each year big number of new diets and weight loss programs are introduced. Every time a new diet is introduced it gets touted as the next big thing, many promises are made, some true and others not so. HCG Diet has been in the media for quite some time. Even the experts  vouch for its effectiveness.

HCG Diet – What is the principle it works on?

Human chorionic gonandotropin or HCG hormone that occurs naturally in the body of a woman during pregnancy. HCG causes the release of fatty deposits in a pregnant woman ‘S authority to provide sufficient calories and nutrients for the developing fetus. HCG diet is based on that idea. The basic  idea is to make your body use your fat stores for energy due to a significant reduction in caloric intake.

HCG must be regularly administered to trigger the use of stored fat. HCG treatment lasts a minimum of 26 days and a maximum of 43 days. Finally, the days of the injection-free days to allow the body to get rid of hormones. It was noted that the use of HCG for 40 days leads to resistance against HCG.

You can lose 32 lbs during the treatment period. What HCG diet provides  drastically reduces its Dieter calorie intake to 500 or 600 calories a day. Fat use generally begins within three days and then you should reduce your calorie intake.

Hormone causes the body to use fat stores. Avoid foods rich in starch and calories during the diet period, there is a small amount of foods rich in protein. Other hormone injections or stimulants should be strictly avoided during treatment.

Note that the  FDA approves HCG strictly as fertility drugs, but not for weight loss. HCG diet increases the chances of pregnancy in women, since it is primarily fertility hormone. HCG has been associated with certain side effects and health dangers.
