Gluten Free Desserts-Home Made Vanilla Cream
3 egg yolks
50 g sugar
5 tablespoons cornstarch or other gluten free flour.
2 cups milk / water with added AM, diluted in some water, finally
1 tablespoon butter
Heat up Milk / water until almost boiling begins.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until white set. Cornstarch is added and mixed very well.
To the yolks, stirring continuously, on trickles is added the boiling milk. Put mixture back into the pan and put it on the stove.
Stir constantly until mixture thickens – 3-4 minutes. Then is added and vanilla. You can put a little butter at the end.
Egg whites can be added with careful mixing.
Again you can do with some water.
