Gluten Free Desserts-How to make Banana Cream
4 ripe bananas
400 ml milk (with added water finally dissolved AM)
100 g sugar
5 egg yolks
2 tablespoons flour
1 tsp butter
Pour milk into a deep dish, add the vanilla and bring to boil. Beat yolks and sugar until white, and then add flour. Carefully pour the milk into egg mixture. Return to heat and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly to thicken the cream. Finally add the oil. Slice bananas and spread them on the bottom / top or 4 bowls. Pour cream on top finished.
