Gluten Free Bread Recipe – not like any other Bread Recipe…!
This is another simple and easy to execute Gluten Free Bread Recipe with Onion.
3 large onions
1 cup flax-seed, ground
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, ground or crushed into small pieces
1 / 2 cup raw organic soy sauce (which you know is gluten free – Tamar)
1 / 2 cup extra virgin olive oil / oil
optional spices – cumin, savory, oregano …
can carrot or pepper – ground.
You can use sesame seed, too.

Chop onions finely in a food processor or blender (you can by hand) and mix it with other ingredients.
Spread the mixture on a tray drier in advance cover them with cooking paper. Dehydrated bread at 40-42S 12 hours, then carefully turn it over to the other side and then remove the paper towels, continue drying for another 12 hours.
You can bake a 100 degrees fan in the middle position to until it gets slightly browning or golden crust.
