What to Eat with Ducan Diet?

 

Ducan diet plan menu during this stage:

Ducan Diet Plan Menu: The third stage (fixed).

The duration of this phase depends on the number of lost pounds (each of them should have to be securely kept for 10 days).

To the first stages of the diet have to add:

• Fruits, except cherries, bananas and grapes (1 serving per day)
• Bread – 2 slices per day
• A mature cheese – 40 g
