Coffee Diet – Low Carb Weight Loss Diet.

“Coffee diet” is a calorie coleslaw, and thanks to it you can lose weight  from 2-4 to 8 lbs. It is desirable to repeat the diet every 20 days.

Day One:

Breakfast with a cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee. Lunch 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 tomato. For dinner – 200g grilled fish and non-greasy portion of coleslaw, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.

Cofee Diet – Day Two:

Decaffeinated tea or coffee, some biscuits. For lunch, 200 g beef and coleslaw. Dine 150-200 g white meat chicken or meat, a bowl of yogurt.

Day Three

Breakfast is the same. For lunch – coleslaw and 1 tomato. Dine 150-200 g white meat chicken and fruit salad, which should not have bananas.

Coffee Diet – Day Four:

Breakfast is the usual. Lunch 150 grams of cheese and a hard boiled egg. Dinner is fruit salad and 1 cup of yogurt.

Day Five:

Breakfast is 150-200 g white meat or chicken roll and 3 carrots. Lunching with 200 g of fish and 1 tomato. For dinner, you are entitled to 200-300 g white chicken meat.

Day Six:

For breakfast – coffee. For lunch – 200 g chicken. Dinner for two liquid egg and 3 carrots.

Coffee Diet – Day Seven:

Breakfast is the same. Lunch is 200 g white chicken meat and a citrus fruit of choice. For dinner, cook 150-200 g fish and 2 hard boiled eggs. Enjoy your Coffee with the Coffee Diet for healthy weight loss.
