The basis of the fat burning soup diet is a soup, which you can eat as much as you want, it contains almost no calories
and break down fat without you feeling hungry.

If you strictly follow soup diet, you can lose 4 to 7 kg in 7 days. You can follow soup diet as often as long as you want, but not continuously, it is best to follow seven days, not no more than days (minimum 2 days).

If your bowel function fails then take a cup of bran or muesli.

Prohibited: bread, alcohol, carbonated beverages and diet drinks.

Allowed: water, unsweetened tea, unsweetened (black) coffee, unsweetened fruit juice,
juice and skim milk.

Cabbage Soup Diet – what are the ingredients of the soup?

The soup ingredients:
6 large onions, 3 large tomatoes, 1 cabbage, 3 green peppers, 1 bunch celery soup,
4 carrots, 1 package soepmix, possibly low fat bouillon cubes, possibly pepper – Tabasco sauce – parsley – soy sauce – rosemary – oregano – thyme – garlic – chili! Do not use salt!

Thus the original but with the years has created a modified version: the cabbage and peppers have been replaced by a pound of broccoli and Brussels sprouts. The tomatoes can be replaced by any 2 cans tomatoes.

You can mix the soup if necessary.

Of this soup you can eat as much as you want and whenever you want!

Cabbage Soup Diet – Daily meal menu:

Day 1
All fruits except bananas. Soup as much as you want. Melons and watermelons are lower in calories than most fruits.

Day 2
All vegetables. Along with the soup. Eat until you’re tired, fresh or canned vegetables. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and avoid dry beans, peas and corn.

At dinner you may take one boiled potato (in shell) or from the oven with some butter. Do not eat fruit

Day 3
Eat all the soup, fruits and vegetables as you want. NO potato!

Day 4
Bananas and skim (skim) milk. Along with the soup. You may eat up to 8 bananas. Drink as much water as possible.

Bananas are high in carbohydrates and calories, like milk, but on this day, your body needs it, especially the potassium in bananas, the carbohydrates and calcium so you will not feel like sweets.

Day 5
Beef, chicken or fish with tomato. You may be 300 to 450 gr. meat or fish together with a can of tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes. Try least 6 to 8 glasses of water to drink the acid from your body to flush.As part of the cabbage soup diet-Eat soup at least 1 time!!

Day 6

Beef and vegetables, as much as you want. You can even have 2 or 3 steaks to eat green leafy vegetables but no potato! Eat soup at least l time!

Day 7
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. All you want.
Eat soup at least 1 time!
