Roast chicken with bananas submit along with two tablespoons of rice or pasta, vegetable salad on top, a slice of bread from wheat flour.
A large piece of watermelon, 250 g chicken grilled or roasted, 100 grams of potato chips, sliced toasted and medium-sized banana, any fruit and salad.
Any ready meal from the supermarket at 450 calories with salad and any vegetables, a small banana, apple, kiwi, or an average serving of fruit or a piece of “Banana Crostini.”
50 g of any of pasta (the weight of the product ready for use) with a sauce made from half a small jar of tomato sauce, mixed with 50 grams of lean beef mince lean, garlic, greens, a lot of salad vegetables on the list, one apple or pear, or some grapes.
50 g of any low-fat cold meat, or 100 grams of tuna in its own juice, or veggie burger with plenty of salad vegetables on the list, followed by “The Brazilian Banana Dream” or roasted fruit salad.
A large number of lettuce, covered with slices of boiled eggs, tomatoes and lots of decorated several olives. Then you can eat a banana pudding or spicy savory bananas.
