DAY 1 of The Banana Diet

Each set contains 250 calories foods: 50 g of fish or meat with one slice of bread, two medium potatoes and one banana, salad and sandwich of two slices of bread, thin slices of lean meat or 50 g cheese, 250 ml of beer or a couple breads.
In the evening
Night if you suffer hunger, you can afford a small banana, which you can dip into any of the following products: dietary yogurt, a little whiskey or liqueur, or brandy, 3 tablespoons of jam, a cup of hot chocolate with milk.
