Your Weight loss can accelerate and there are several diets that suggest taking a few spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar as daily recommendation.
But is it really true that by using apple vinegar you lose fat, or is it another one of those stupid fables that are far from the truth ?
Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss – what are the benefits?
A recent study on mice gave hope to the idea that the acetic acid in the fat-burning genes in apple vinegar can stimulate the body.
Unfortunately, the studies so far only been successful in mice and in humans this effect has not been established and until it is proven, it is better not to spread this myth.
Apple cider vinegar has long been touted for its healing qualities and for its ability to stimulate fat loss, combined with the acidity of the fermented apple pectin which would add many fat-burning effects.
In the study with mice, two groups studied mice in which one group was given water at the normal ration, while the second group received acetic acid in their water, next to the same diet.
After a while it appeared that the group had received cider vinegar, had 10% less body fat accumulated in comparison with the other group, while both groups received the same amount of food inside.
