Amazon Diet Menus To Shed Pounds!
Dinner. Slice a small onion, sweet pepper and tomato. In a spoon of olive oil fry the onion and garlic cloves. Add 80 g canned red kidney beans, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable broth and cook for another 5 minutes. Spread the tomatoes and cook another 3 minutes. 50 g cubed tofu, fry it in olive oil separately and add to the main course. Season to taste.
Third day menus – Amazon Diet:
Breakfast. Same as the second day.
Lunch. Salad of a carrot, zucchini and a 50 g celery leaf. For the sauce, mix a tablespoon of orange and lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little mustard. Slice of corn bread. A handful of nuts with dried fruit.
Dinner. Cut 3 tomatoes, pre-clearing them from the skin. In a skillet, heat the teaspoon of olive oil, fry it in the tomatoes, chopped onion and garlic clove. Add the lentils, 40 g and 600 ml vegetable broth. Cook, covered with a lid, for 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Amazon Diet – Diet for a third type:
The first day:
Breakfast. Sandwich of two slices of bread, smeared with fat free cottage cheese and sliced turkey fillets laid.
Lunch. Mix one chopped onion, chopped cooked beets, one, one grated carrot, shredded lettuce. Fill with a mixture of spices (three days) to 3 tbsp. l. olive oil and vegetable broth, 4 tablespoons. l. lemon and orange juice, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and mustard, minced garlic clove. For the salad – a piece of corn bread and kiwi.
Dinner. In a teaspoon of olive oil fry the chopped onion, garlic clove and a small zucchini. Add 40 grams of lentils, 250 ml vegetable broth and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Cook 8 minutes over medium heat, season to taste with salt and pepper. Separately, fry 100g salmon fillet. Put on a plate of lentils at first, then fish. Garnish with lemon slices.
Amazon Diet – Second day:
Breakfast. Sandwich of corn bread with low fat cottage cheese, sliced cucumber and lettuce.
Lunch. Cut the avocado quarter and 2 sweet peppers. Mix with chopped onion and a blend of spices. Crumble into cubes 50 g mozzarella cheese, add to salad. For the salad – a slice of corn bread and tangerine.
Dinner. Boil 100 grams of chicken in the vegetable broth. Put the meat in the same broth boil 40 grams of rice, add chopped carrots and crushed garlic clove. Season to taste, sprinkle with parsley.
Amazon Diet – Third day:
Breakfast. Sandwich of corn bread with low fat cream cheese and smoked salmon.
Lunch. Mix the chopped cucumber small, carrot, 40 g of smoked turkey breast and a few leaves of lettuce. Fill with a mixture of spices. For the salad – a slice of corn bread and grapefruit.
Dinner. Boil 60 grams of spaghetti “al dente” – to keep them a little harder. Season the vegetable sauce: fry the onion, garlic clove, sweet pepper, carrot, 2 tomatoes with a little vegetable broth and 2 tbsp. l. chopped basil. Season to taste. To serve spaghetti sauce 50 g mozzarella cheese, diced.
