Healthy Weight Loss Diet 2000 Calorie Diet.

Second week
1
First breakfast: a glass of fruit or vegetable juice, 1 piece of bread.
Snack: 1 slice of bread, some butter and cheese (cheese), a glass of tea.
Lunch: veggie soup, chicken meat, a salad of carrots, pudding.
Snack: fruit, cookies.
Dinner: yogurt, stale bread with jam.

First breakfast: a cup of tea with milk, a piece of black bread with honey.
Lunch: 2 slices of bread with meat, 2 tomatoes, a cup of tea.
Lunch: soup, boiled fish, 2 potatoes, green salad.
Snack: yogurt, toast.
Dinner: a cup of tea, 2 slices low-fat cheese, radishes.

200 calorie diet – Third week:

First breakfast: a cup of coffee and slice of bread with honey.
Snack: yogurt, a piece of black bread with butter, boiled egg, radish.
Dinner: mushroom soup, steak or burger, salad, a glass of juice.
Snack: fruit, crackers.
Dinner: a glass of milk, a stale bun, cottage cheese.

Second breakfast: a cup of tea, 2 slices of bread with low fat sausage, 2 tomatoes.
Lunch: soup, stewed mushrooms or vegetables, 2 baked apples.
Snack: fruit, biscuit.
Dinner: a cup of tea, bread and fish, apple.

200 Calorie diet – Fourth week:

First breakfast: a cup of tea, toast with honey.
Lunch: 2 slices of black bread with butter and low-fat cheese, 2 apples.
Lunch: soup, a portion of chicken with vegetables, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, green salad, pudding.
Snack: carrot juice, a biscuit.
Dinner: a cup of nonfat yogurt, liver.

Lunch: boiled egg, bread, butter, tea, apple.
Lunch: a cup of low-fat broth, beans and tomato, 2 boiled potatoes with parsley and apple.
